Another advice order CAIPS as soon as possible, this will help you while filing a court case.....
@ Zakout Did you ordered CAIPS..... I received the CAIPS yesterday, it was very helpful in revealing the actual reasons for my case refusal stated by the Visa officer.... |

What u mean refuse by visa officer?
What is reasson? What will do?
If u see CAIPS carefully you can find the remarks by the VO stating reasons for your rejection..... These will be helpful once we will file a court case.. |

Zee81, When did you order your CAIPS? I ordered mine more than 3 weeks ago and I have not received it yet. I sent a letter of appeal 4 days ago through email and slow mail. I am surprised that after only 2 days, I already got a reply that they cannot reconsider my case and it is final, my case is closed. Even before receiving the letter of rejection, I cannot access my status online. I emailed the tech dept and was informed that my case was already closed in 2010! I lodged my application on May 2010 and received my 2nd file number on July 2011 but my file was closed in 2010. Very confusing  . So how do I follow up the status of my CAIPS request? I need to know what really happened with my application. I understand that there were several people here who have sent their letters of appeal way before me and have not received any reply from London VO.....while I received mine in just 2 days! |

After reconsideration letter on May 16 , no reply came yet. However today my status changed from Decision made to Received by Visa office. Earlier it became unavailable but now its status is Received by Visa office. Should I consider that my case is reopened?
