i was refused on the ground that the visa officer was not satisfied that I will return to the philippines after the expiry of my contract

my boss wants me to apply under the semi-skilled pilot project of BC PNP. after 9 months she will sponsor me for the BC PNP..
what shoud i do? what are the documents that i need to present..

please help me..


can you tell me what strong documents are to presented?
