i feel very sorry about your case, dont lose heart one day you will reach where you want to ...
i am also in Noc 1111 i got one rejection bcus my points was less then 67, but now with AEO i am hoping for good, one rejection is not end of the world
just be strong god is great..

Good to hear that A/Romeo, bit strange though that how come a lawyer managed to reopen ur file without a judicial review. Anyway whatever the case is, the best thing is that it's in process. good luck.

Can you please share how you are able to get AEO? Was this through some websites or recruitment agencies?

Got refused for no valid reason. Used Abrams and Krochak.
Was told by CIC that i did not have relevant experience for IT Manager but supplied 15 years experience and references.
Abrams had prepared my application and told me it was a mistake by London immigration office.
They said to appeal but it was too expensive.
Did not get refunded by Abrams, beware!!

I was refunded by my lawyer but I have to pay separate for the appeal.  He really gave me a good deal since it's not both of our fault and very obvious VO made a mistake.  Almost Identical reason as yours, summerlong.  I did go for an appeal and everything is going smooth so far and I'm hoping it will continue until passport stamping.  Good luck to you.
