You can make an appeal. You can ask your consultant to make an appeal.

Honestly do not know the exact reason but they conduct security and background checks along with medicals. Now I do not know that whether the findings were negative or what. Sometimes the I/O also does it by mistake which is rare but it happens.

Dear friends Now what shud b the line of action??
1. Appeal if your claims were genuine in regards to your work experience. (not that I am saying they were not genuine) OR 2. File a new application, in these days it takes only few months to get it finalized. Its true that during the Background/Sec check, something surfaced which was not in your favor.

dear friend,
the only thing is ca suggest is to perform a thorough check if you are going for an appeal since the listed noc does not reflect in NOC list for FSW....
Make sure you gather enough documents and the NOC list and you are able to find the NOC number you ahve applied for.
If you are not able to see anything related to the NOC what you had specified then its going to be of no use. One suggesting is , instead of wasting time by re-appealing if you are not having firm supporting documents look for the right NOC and which matches your job responsibilities and re-apply, It happened to many many people in this form and its noting to get worried but its frustrating for sure.
good luck make a calculated move my friend.......

Oops did,nt see the part about AEO.
This may be the reason: Moreover i got AEO also under NOC 6211 as sales supervisor.
A strongly worded appeal letter to the IO outlining where he/she may have overlooked your work experience looks to be your only hope. Best of luck, sorry I got my wires crossed when I first read your post.

It appears to me, there were some confussion regarding your NOC, they have assessed you for Sales Manager perhaps your duties you mentioned were matching to Sales Manager (or bymistake you have mentioned in the form Sales manager NOC) But your AEO for supervisor. However, IO would have mentioned in the refusal letter clearly the reason for the refusal.
If you feel you have strong points you can write to them and ask for reconsideration of their decision. Next option you have to apply again
God Luck & god bless you
Sue

Sorry to hear about that,
I will not discuss the details about your case regardless the reason of their refusal, i just have noticed something about their effeciency in CIC; they remembered to check and verify your employment documents after they sent you the medical tests forms and let you pay the cost for that, it just gives an idea of how effecient they are !!!!!

Sorry to hear about this! I Strongly advise that you order the CAIPS notes for your application. Ask a friend/relative in Canada to do this for you. This way you can see where the problem came from, then you can maybe re-apply or appeal (re-applying might be faster). Good luck.

hi Gsidhu, sorry to hear about that ... well what are the exat reasons for refusal.... actualli in your time line you said applied Jan 09 and MED and PPR request feb 09 ... this is EXTREMELY fast even for AEO or Fast track ..... why i am telling you is i am also similar situation with similar noc codes, did they ask for updated documents .... what documents were asked ..... was the company you got AEO from in similar business lines in which you have experience .... there is a very good chance that there is a mistake or overlooking in your case .... as i feel ..... please discuss further ... i can also discuss with my lawyer if needed ..... best of luck .... kash.

are you a post-Nov applicant? I mean where did you send in your applicaiton first, was it to syndey or visa office. Is 6211 and 0611 in the 38 job list? Finally, if they are not in the job list, why did they even ask for medical. This is confusing. you should contact them soon as possible. Good luck Hello Friends I got refusal after waiting for 10 months TImeline applied: jan 09 med request: feb 09 PPR: feb 09 med sent: mar 09 PP sent: mar 09 PP sent back without visa stamp: june 09 Refusal letter sent: oct 09 i had applied under NOC 6211 sales supervisor and in letter they mentioned NOC 0611 sales manager also they said u dont fulfill the job duties mentioned in the NOC whereas all the duties which i do are there in NOC 6211 Moreover i got AEO also under NOC 6211 as sales supervisor. I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon
