hi good evening i would like to ask about my problem.i applied twice open working permit and i got refused twice i have employer in canada and i have all the documents too i would like to know if i can appeal my application coz i think visa officer is not fair to tell in my refusal letter that im not telling the truth about my application.thank you i hope u can answer me soon.

1.  Your only choice for a refusal of a work permit, is to hire a lawyer, and apply for Leave to Appeal to the Federal Court.  You have 60 days from the date of the refusal.
