I got refusal from AINP office stating that they are nt satisfied that i had experience from my back home in same profession, i applied for CAIPS note which will proove that immigration officer verified everything with my employer from back home when they issued me work permit.
but on refusal it is written that i cant appeal.
appeal and reapply is diffrent or i cant do anything with my rejected file

What stream was it? skilled or family? Where r u applying from?
Did they come to check at your employer physical location?
Did they put ban on you for some years in which you can't apply? (It should be written in letter)

Tell me about this and I can understand ur situation in a better way..

If u lie about your employer and your work and they found when they were verifying it, then you can't do anything.

They would have come to verify your experience at your employer address back at home and they might have given different answers about your experiences in current company where you are working right now.
Did any one talk with them from your colleague or from your friends? Did you know when they came?

If they said, you can't appeal. They you can't.

But you can reapply it with all the long reprocess.

What was your processing time? When did u get nomination?

One more thing.

Do you really work in all the areas listed here as per NOC code 7284?

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2006/Profile.aspx?val=7&val1=7284

If you are self employed or working somewhere on this profession, they might have checked regarding all these experiences where you are doing it or not.

and one more thing, Do you have degree or certificate or diploma in this course or similar course?

All these things matters.

Did you get refusal from AINP office or visa office? CAIPS is applicable to files processed by Visa Offices abroad. There is no such a thing as CAIPS with provincial governments like Alberta so you won't find any info.

If you get rejected by Alberta then you do not have any immigration records with CIC.

True. I guess he even didn't get nomination. His file might have been rejected from AINP office in Alberta.

His resume or listed experience might not be satisfying, that's why Visa Officer rejected his file even before issuing nomination.

Do you think that might be the reason, allstucco?

Check your resume and listed experience before reapplying.
