I applied for my labor market opinion with a successful employer's job letter alongwith job duties, salaries etc. I had also applied for a restoration but I just got some bad news from my employer alongwith refusal job letter they sent. There were  some points which clearly says:

1. wages you are offered are not considered sufficient -
2. you have not demonstrated sufficient efforts to hire canadians in occpation
3. information you have provided is inconsistent.

my questions are: Can I re-apply for a new application and what do I need to make sure that it gets approved this time?
Any suggestions guys I am running short of time.

mostly as you have stated, the ground for refusal is on the part of your employer. try to visitfirst the hrsdc website. keep on reading and explain it to your employer those missing points.

that's the right advice from babyq or tell your employer to ask a consultant to prepare the documents for him.
