Really sorry to hear about your refusal!!

You probably know this already, but you have 30 days to file your appeal. I don't know of any lawyers, but you may want to look here for a starting point: http://www.settlement.org/sys/faqs_detail.asp?faq_id=4000357

Best of luck to you and your wife.

Sorry to hear about your refusal.  Unfortunately (and we found out the hard way) good immigration lawyers do not come cheap!  I can recommend a couple in the Toronto/London area that you might want to consult with.  Send me a PM and we'll talk.

You should read Curina's thread about refusals/ADRs/hearings for more info.

iam sorry for the refusal but all wil be ok enshallah, just belive in it and it will work out sooner or later..
btw consider re-applying, its faster than doing an appeal and cheaper, alot of ppl were very succesful, obviously they have concerns regarding the genuine nature of the relation so what u do is re-apply and support more solid proof, the fact that ur re-applying shows that ur wife loves u and is committed to bring u to her.

hello boujasim

i am thinking even for more longer, if my appeal was refused after that can i still reapply? if my appeal will be refused , i want to live with my wife any other country and may be later in life at any point apply again for visa because my wife's children , my step children are living there we can not completely be apart from Canada any point of our life we might need to go Canada to visit them.

As its our belief that hardships in our life can not break our relationship but i thinking about for longer period later in life thats why i need suggestion how many times can we reapply?
