Dear all i have one question about my immigration to Canada.

1. I was refused in 2008 and the reason was less points.

2. I reapply in 2009 and got AOR from CIO SN.

3. I have 120 days to send all document to cic London and i mansion in file that i was refuse.so the question is shall i send my refusal latter with my new file or not?

4. and they will give me same points like b4 or there is any chance they will change some thing?

please help

1.  You don't have to send a copy of the refusal
2.  If you still have less than 67 points, you will be refused again.

Dear sir PMM this time i have AEO + 63 so total 78 points so what do u think shall i send refusal or not? why i am asking because i don't want CIC to change my Previse Points but if this make my life hard then i will not send please help.

1.thanks every one i will never send the copy of my refusal. thanks again

one more question in my mind i have PCC three year old when i was coming from pakistan in 2006 after that i never go back to pakistan so what do u think this pcc will work or not?

most probably not. i am outside pakistan from the last 2 years but had to get a new pcc.

PCC certificates should not be older than 3 months. (Stated in EG7). If you are outside Pakistan from last three years. You need to take a PCC from the country where you are residing from last 3 years.

pcc is required from every country you have lived in for more than 6 months after your 18th birthday. so it doesn't matter for how long you have been living in a forieng country, if you have lived in pakistan for more than 6 months after your age of 18, you need a pcc from pakistan also.
