Hi,
  I have applied for PR under skilled migration on august 2008. 6 months before I got letter saying my application got rejected on account occupations not fall under 38 occupation list. So far I didnt receive any refund please advise me. Is any one on same boat?

can you tell me how you recd the rejection letter through email or by post
I have filed on july 08 but i have not recd any rejection or approval letter my case also does not fallunder 38

pls reply any senior
