received my medicals
confused whether i will be able to move finally to canada. so my question is - can i request to cancel my application?
will they refund any fees ?

You can request the cancellation, or just not go even after u get the Visa
(Wonder why will you do that though
)
And no refund dear after medicals dear

If CIC/CHC has started processing the application,there is no refund.
