Anyone,

Husband who ismalso sponsor received a cheque for cad50 today from CIC Quebec but has no idea what itnis for??? What does it mean?? We are not applying to live in quebec...he lives in vancouver..and hasnpaid cad1040 upfront for the pr application

normaly the $50 is the overpayment for the PR card which us inlcuded in the $1040 did u pay 1040 or 1090

Owh he paid 1090 so ya i guess its the refund fornthe pr card. Does this mean i have to pay the cad50 ifni am approved.

I think the first card is free but if you lose your card it's $50 to replace.
