refugee having a valid one year open work permit

to make the story short,i have an admissibility case,whether i shall be admitted to,allowed to come into,remain in,or be ordered removed from canada.i was ordered to be removed here in canada,but the cic gave me another chance to apply for a refugee program,luckily,i was granted a 1 year open work permit,thanks god,
my question now
A.cos my passport took it b4,until its not on me,are they going to give it back.
B.what would be my next move,do i have to renew after a year
C.am i qualified to be a landed immigrant
