Refuced visa wants money back

Hello all,
Pleas who has any information on how to collect my money back from the school after getting refused getting a visa please help me,I applied for a 9 months study in highschool but for three times the embassy refused giving me visa,and now trying to get the money back from the school as i paid half of the amount but the school now trying to avoid responding to my e-mails or phone calls regarding my money so how can help me please.

whats the legal position, r the fees refundable. I don't think it would be the case. I think the only way would be to hire a lawyer and go in a canadian court if u have legal right to get ur money back.

Yes i have the rights to get my money back ,because i couldn't get the visa to go so why they can't send me the money
