You should have a valid TRV, WP and an employer. You obtain a letter from your employer stating you're going for a vacation and is going to work for them once you come back. If your TRV is expired, you can apply for a new one either at Buffalo or Seattle; you need a valid WP and a letter from your employer.

hi maze. TRV is temporary resident visa. it is the same as re-entry visa, cause we ( live-in caregivers )
are temporary residents here in Canada

Yup. Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) is what you're really applying for. You only call it re-entry because you're in Canada, leaving for somewhere else and wishes to come back (re-enter).

Bank draft, Money order, Cashier's cheque (does not matter which bank as long as it is in CAD or USD)

I am confused as to where should I pay... would TD Canada Trust be ok?
