Hi,

Today read in newspapers that CIC has reduced the intake of applications across cateories in first quarter of FY 2011. In case of FSW, the cases are lesser by 25% compared to same period FY 2010.

Is it going to affect applications under FSW category for applicants who are having employment in Canada at present.

cap has changed to 1000 to 500 that's it.. it will not affect you i think.

which Newspaper? from which country?
you read the right thing. issuing PR visas came down drastically from Jan 2011-till now.

Hi,

I am having the same issue with birth certifcate not available. can you let me know how did you handle this issue? did you send your application again? what did you submit in lieu of birth certifcate?
