red flags

hi all im a little worried im applying for inland PR im british married to my canadian wife but there might be a few red flags when it comes to our relationship
 we had a long relationship online (3 years) befor she was able to afford a visit over to england for 2 weeks, at the end of the two weeks i flew back with her to canada and we were married on halloween that year, we can provide msn records of us talking for at least a year back and possibly some phone records but that might be slim and few between because she used calling cards and they did not show up on our phone bills.

basically what im asking is whats the chances im gunna get refused because i love my wife our relationship is real it just started with distance between us, when we met in person it was nothing new because we had got to know each other over the years online

There is only one place you will get that answer - CIC, everything else is a guess.

because by the time we realised there was suck a massive difference in waiting time i was already over here and by the time i got back to england and found another job while waiting the time would be about the same (counting time to save back up to fly over again)

Are you aware that you could have applied for PR "outland" while you remained in Canada?

Yes, you can stay in Canada (as a visitor) and still apply outland. It's faster, so I suggest you do that. However, if there is an interview, and there probably will be, you will have to go to London for it.

The two of you are living together now, so provide plenty of proof of that to make up for your 'red flag': getting married two weeks after meeting in person.

She won't be required to attend the interview with you.

If, when you apply to extend, you also send proof of marriage AND proof that you two intend to apply for her to sponsor you (copy of your online receipt for PR fees, etc), it's extremely likely you won't have an issue getting your extension. Note that you can pay the PR fees well ahead of time, even if you aren't done preparing your application or aren't ready to send it yet.

As long as your application to extend your stay is delivered to CIC before you are meant to leave the country, you will be on implied status.
If you apply by post it will take over 120 days before you get a decision.
Make sure you send the application by courier or some other way that requires a signature on delivery.

ok last question once i leave canada to go to the interveiw how will i get back in?will i then have to wait 8 months in england for them to finish or what?

If you are a citizen of the UK you don't need a visitor's visa to come to Canada. If you just come here, most likely they will let you in. Have a return ticket, proof of ties to the UK (ideally), proof of funds. If you say you are coming for a vacation, you will likely not have any problems.

The interview is also usually near the end of the process, not the beginning, so if accepted you wouldn't have to wait long after the interview to get the visa.

If you do a good job of preparing your application, you won't have an interview!

and can i work once i have my pr? just trying to over all bases because if i do need an interveiw i want to come straight back after and like i said i iwll already have been here 6 months or over by the time they say i ned one but the lady on the immagration phone enter says if i just tell them im applying for my PR and i only left because of my interveiw that that should be enough true?

If you are approved, when they are ready to issue the visa they require your passport to stamp the visa counterfoil in it and then you must "land" at a port of entry to Canada.  Only then will they isue the PR card which they will only mail to an address in Canada.  If you are back in Canada when they are ready to issue the visa you can send your passport to them by courier.  Yes, as soon as you are landed as a PR you can go to a Service Canada office to apply for a Social Insurance Number enabling you to work.
