My wife and i are considering migrating to Canada within the next 1-2 years. I am a Recruitment Consultant with over 5 years experience and my wife works for Bank of America has a Client Migration Advisor.

I have checked on the applying for a Skilled Visa for both of us professions are not on the list. I have look on Monster and variousjobsites and saw a few jobs for Recruitment Consultants in Canada.

I just wanted to ask if it is better if we applied for a job first and then ask the employer to apply for our work permit or would having job offers increase our chances of getting a Visa for Canada.
