Record of Vaccinations for Medical?

Hello, I am new to the forums and did a search regarding vaccinations records.  I am currently awaiting my FBI Clearance before scheduling my medical exam to make sure that it is done at the last moment possible (to prevent expiry while processing).  I see a section regarding vaccinations, I am currently 27 and I have a general idea what vaccinations I have/had while in junior high/high school (MMR, Hep B, Tetnis, other normal United States vaccinations).  I have no access to any records regarding these vaccinations and I doubt the clinics who administered them would either at this point.  Is this going to be an issue where I have to get like 20 vaccinations or something because I don't have these records?

I am from the United States if that helps.

I didn't have any issues with vaccinations and I had no records either. I think he asked me when my last tetanus shot was. I answered I don't know, but I don't remember if he gave me the booster or just noted it in my file. I am 46 and did my medical in Canada, not in the US.
