Has anyone completed a Record Correction Request Form/TBC-CTC 350-11 form (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/tbsf-fsct/350-11-eng.pdf)? Note that the ATIP division says this is for corrections as well as omissions. I'm a bit concerned that my CSQ information has been omitted in the GCMS notes I received because it was not received by Buffalo (even though I myself sent a copy of it to Mississauga with a request that they inform the VO).
