Hi, I have a colleague who after 9 months has decided to return to his home country and was wondering if there was anyways that he could re-claim his taxes from his salary payments and also his CPP etc.
Can anyone let me know this or should he just wait for the year to end and do a tax refund? Can he do this from his home country?

Please help.

He files taxes at year end, and yes he can do it from his home country.  Note that he would get some of his CPP back, only if he overpaid.  http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/nnrsdnts/menu-eng.html
