Never mind people, just received the passport in mail. Thank you ALL for your kind assistance.

Now to prepare the goods to follow list and a trip to niagara falls. Smiley

PS: This is odd, the return envelope has Canada Post's postage on it for a $1.18. Also it was simply dropped off in my mailbox rather than someone asking for my signature. I am assuming the Canadian Consulate in London sent it to Ottawa (K1A-1L1) which then simply mailed it to us as local mail.
