Received to Processing?

Hello anyone here applied to the visa office in paris?

I would like to know the processing time from when there application was receivied on the cic website to the time it changed to in process how long it would normally take. i know that each visa office has different application processing times but would like to know from the visa office in paris.

My husband is applying from kuala lumpur and his application was received January 19, 2011 and ecas showed "in process"....on July 4, 2011 there was an update that his application had been opened for processing and that his medical exam has been received... his status still shows "in process"
