Thanks Ankit. I noticed that you and I share the same NOC code. What are your plans to search for job in Canada? How you are planning to go for it?

Any tips on looking for job in NOC 0213 in Canada. i have registered my self on Monster and Workopolis, so for no response. How's the market for IT manager?

Contrary to others opinion it's not that bad. U should be able to fetch a role in your field in about 6 months. However, as I've always suggested - u must take up a job, any job, asap. Jobs r galore & finding a starter one shouldn't take u more than a few days.

Said that, the 1st job in your field of expertise too shall come in a lower level position. Do not expect miracles imdtly, neither await an IT Manager's role only. U should take-up any position in the IT Field, as u get a hold of the land. And rest assured, u'd definitely grow, as the days go by. A yr. or two, u could become an IT Manager... But the 1st one may not be managerial. However, u must take it.

Nonetheless, to keep the record straight, let me tell u that many of our Toronto Group Meets r from the IT background; & everyone of them have landed a job in their field. Some in a few days, some in months, while some did other vocations & got entry into IT recently.

God Bless U!
