aanban,

In my case, when i sent my full application, I dont have H1 b visa stamp in my passport and so in photocopy of passport that i have sent. But then after one week, i have received H1 b stamp and so visa. Now, when they have asked for passport, I have that stamp in my passport. So, my h1b visa can create any problem for me for getting canadaian visa?

I have sent my medicals and passport, rprf fees already on 25th may. but still i m not getting my passport. I have sent one mail to new delhi, and they have replied that they are having large number of data and still final review for my application is left. so, after sending passport, still any review process will be required? or it will be only required for my case?

Also, they have asked IELTS result with medical and passport. so, is it a reason for this long wail?

Please help me.

that's better. cause these days rare photographers use cameras with negative. and it would be really hard to find one.

Negatives are a must for Canadian Medicals as they will have to place the same when the chest x-ray is taken. My suggestion would be not to bypass this requirement and recommend you to try to comply with the same.
