1) if i am not wrong, is this what u get in response to the full application u send to ND on receiving a positive assessment from NS?
2) What does PPR mean ?

Congratulations. Normally, it means Interview is/will be waived. However, until the time you have your PP with COPR visa in hand there is always a 1% chance, if for any reason, anything becomes doubtful. |

Congrats Aanbaan, when I received my medical request, the letter also stated that the interview was waived, maybe it's different in each visa office, mine is Singapore. We can never be 100% sure until we received our stamped visa, anything could happened, so let's pray & hope that everything went smooth and we all get our visa soon, congrats again Aanbaan : )
