I sent my application to CIO on 27th May, 2009 got AOR on 7th July, 2009. Complete application sent to 4th November, 2009.
Today I got AOR of complete application and request for Medical Test and Right of Permanent Residence Fees.
1. What would be the next steps taken by CHC?
2. Is there any possibility to refuse my application at this stage?
3. If they are determined to give Visa, how long it may take to ask me for Passport?

Please help me and comment on my questions.....

Congrats bdg

you got ur medical/passport request very fast, this is a good sign, move ahead with medical and landing fee, it is just on the closure stage, in some cases i ve seen granting visa in less than one month.

All the best.

1. What would be the next steps taken by CHC? If the medical tests are satisfactory, you will be asked to submit your passport.

2. Is there any possibility to refuse my application at this stage? If your medical results are satisfactory and the security checks do not reveal anything adverse, rest of the process is mere formality.

3. If they are determined to give Visa, how long it may take to ask me for Passport? It could take anywhere from 1-3 months after the medicals have been submitted.
