hello everyone. Our consultant informed us that they received our medical request and that our interview was waived. Just waiting for the actual medical forms. I Hope and pray that eveything will turn out fine in our medicals.
Only thing that is really bothering me is that london is asking for updated police clearance but we already had our exit last july. But last june before leaving KSA we got another police clearance. Hope london will still accept it now.

Hi everyone
need some advice
My status says decision made! and the Decision is that they rejected my case due to my education degrees.
They couldnt find that they were accredited even though all the degrees are accredited by "CHEA".They gave me 60 days to submitt the proof and i did.
 I have send them the letter directly from "CHEA" clearly saying that the Universities are Accredited. WHat do you guys think will they accept the proof and change there decision and howlong will they take to get back to me with a decision as its already been 2 months.

Also, I have divided the table in two halves: top half is called: AWAITING MEDICAL REQUEST & bottom half is called: RECEIVED MEDICAL REQUEST-----this way it will be easier for us to track & compare between the timeline & waiting time between docs sent to London CHC & receiving medical request from London CHC. however, please do notify me if i forgot to add/ update/  any member

plz do share ur timeline & thoughts + experience regarding LDN  CHC as this will help us to assume any forthcoming issues in individual applications & thus will help us to overcome those issues.

Thank you very much. We are praying that LDN will accept our PCC. We also sent LDN a letter explaining that we are no longer in KSA since it was in the letter from LDN that you have to be in KSA inorder to obtain PCC. Also for good measure, we also sent LDN copies of our final exit visas from KSA and photocopies of the passport page with the arrival stamp. We sent LDN what we had, and leave the rest to God.

May be these applicants have more travel history than others??

they deal every case on an individual basis & mostly it depends on the visa officer---i mean how fussy or flexible the visa officer is. so, let's hope ur visa officer is nice & won't bother u with PCC.....

If I applied for FSW visa and I have 4 years experience in one of the required jobs during the last 10 years, but these 4 years are not the last 4 years. As I already changed my job since 5 years and my current job is not in the list of required jobs? Do you think the visa officer will process my application???

Dear...whats wrong in being delayed. Dont' put yrself into dirty drum. Have patience and wait for the positive. No news is gud news. We all understand that waiting is difficult but dont get frustrate. You will inshallah have positive reply and wish u gud luk for yr future
