heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy UK2CANADA congrats on changing E-cas to: ''IN PROCESS'' by looking at you side info. u received AOR from London CHC on 18 Nov, 2009. am i right? so it took 3 months for London CHC to change E-cas to 'IN PROCESS' !!!!! plzzzz tell us what info is showing when u enter into the 'IN PROCESS' option in ur E-cas.......... i wish u best of luck & pray to Almighty that u receive ur MED + PPR within a very short time........ best regards shibleebd Hi All

in my E-Case it says that hey have started processing my application.
any idea how long more it ll take to next stage?i hope it ll be med request but dont know how long it takes?

@ shiblee.. the status is still "recvd by visa office" .. as rightly mentioned i guess it would take 3 mnths before status changes to in process..
@ uk2canada.. well now since your file brought up for processing... the medical request shall me done soon.. i guess it should take typically 1 mnth for you to receive it, as per trackitt.com timelines.. they will do the background verification by calling your employers so you may ask them to be alert at this stage.. pls do let us know when your employers get a call so that we may warn our employers accordingly

@ najam - if someones ecas changes to "in process" that dosent mean that he is through.. it just means that your file has been brought forward for processing.. now background verification shall be done and if that goes fine, medical request will be sent to you. when medicals are accepted by them, thats when you are through.. so the next update for you wont be on ecas,you shall receive medical request from visa office while ecas stays "in process"

@ saxena.sagar thanks for the reply.............do they actually call the employers to verify or there is a 50-50 in that to ............I started the process on my canadian immigration on the 1st of May 2009 and my status changed to in process on the 29th of Jan 2010. ( skilled worker from dubai I applied.) Best of luck to us all  |
