yesterday chc asked me for additional medical test.i was asked to take xray and sputum test....will they reject my visa is there is any problem?but i m sure there wont b any problem coz i had a medical test to come to ireland....so pls help me...how long wil take to process?

                    Being a nurse urself u know the answer i guess. Additional tests for X-ray and sputum tests r always given if they doubt a case of inactive TB. GOD forbid it goes that way. Pray daily and remember even all of us in ur prayers.

Satish i know its frustrating but just see what i went thru.. You need to keep ur spirits high bro. Everything is in the hands of GOD. i was just thinking abt the tragic crash of AIR INDIA EXPRESS FRM Dubai to Mangalore. So many perished without attaining some of their cherished dreams. This is the real uncertainity Life has to offer. If GOD has a plan for u to reach Canada it will happen and no man can dare stop u for that. sO THINK POSITIVELY.

        I had applied for Pr in 2000 under independent class those times and got rejection letter in 2001 as i scored just  63 points and if i am not mistaken those days we needed to score 74 points i guess. But i kept the rejection letter safely for ten long yrs of my life. Now again i applied in June 2009 and u can see my timelines. it took me 10 yrs to reapply since i had to figure out many other priorities in life. I do not know whether i will be successful this time but THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE I AM TAKING TO RELOCATE AND i will not reapply nor try for any other country and stay where i am and praise GOD for whatever he has done and given me till date.
i believe in MAN PROPOSES GOD DISPOSES.

Thanks for the reply. Yes you did the right thing, to keep all past evidence and for you to keep on trying, I hope this time you'll gonna make it! But I am sure you will since they will not request your full documents if you did not achieved the passing score.

u did ur medical on 14 April, 2010. so:

-when did they ask u for additional medical test?
-how did they ask u for additional medical---by post or by e-mail?
-did the DMP told u that u have a latent TB?

u can always send the enquiry as UK2CANADA advised. but i think probably come back to u with a reply like: ' ur file is under process or review' or some other useless reply.

My ecas showed IN PROCESS on MARCH 31st and since then i heard nothing from CHC London. Should I send an enquiry or should i Wait for 3 months from In process. The postal system in Saudi is not reliable and so I am afraid if any mail from CHC london will be missed / delayed. is it possible that due to Volcanic ash, flights delayed our postal mail can be delayed for those living outside UK?

Today my address is found modified after sending 3 remimders . Although they have dispatched a letter on 18th May still no clue on it.

I sent them a mail telling them about change in address last month, but yet no reply.

Is this thing peculiar to Canadian establishments? Its a disaster and utterly shameful to say the least.

Thanks for the response. I am actually rounding up my masters in Scotland and No I am not from Asia. I am African.
I have scholarship for my program in Canada which I will lose if I don't enroll this year. I actually deferred it last year as I was not ready.

I already have a job offer but I very well doubt if they will wait for me to finish my 16 Month Program in Canada. And If i am to choose between Permanent residence and My education, I will choose my education.

You have some positive points here, firstly you goona complete your masters soon, and you got scholarship in Canada. now as you might know another class is for canadian experence holder and one for students studying there, I think it should not be a problem to convince Visa officer, that after those 2 masters you have a future backhome aswell. and they are smart, when they see you current qualification and that you will get Canadian experience and education they wont refuse your student visa. in most cases new immigrants join cources in Canada to get some qualification that helps them getting better jobs. and luckly you got Scholarship. hope i explained my point. ta

today I have recieved my Medical request,,,, along with all the original edicational documents, I sent in March 2010... but the problem is they have asked for the PCC from UAE for me and my wife. and the dead line is 60 days... at the moment I am not in UAE,,, please advice what should I do? and how can I make the PCC ASAP. I am in Karachi at the moment.
