hi guys,
here is the updated timeline. JADWIG, congrats for getting the medical request. i wish u get the PPR soon.

looks like London CHC is issuing medical request very fast, but sleeping after that  

my concern is if Background/ Security Check is mandatory for every applicant & takes long time, why not finish these checks b4 issuing the stupid medical request & then ask us to do medical.

We spend money on medical & then wonder whether or when or Background/ Security Check is gonna come back to CHCs. Why don't CHCs finish everything including Background/ Security Check from their side & then ask us to send medical & passport altogether?

i might be wrong, but looking at the time lines, some people are receiving medical request superfast & some unfortunate helpless applicants are still waiting for medical even though they submitted application way before anyone. Why not follow a uniformed system to speed up the processing? Why make some people happy at the expense of some people's sleepless nights & anxiety?

I think it depends on how much you lived overseas. If you haven't (like us) things may move quicker as they don't have to get security checks done. I don't think you can make things like that uniform but they are only a small Embassy doing alot of countries. What would be better is to get more Visa Offices to relieve the amount London is doing. Ireland had one a few years back but because of an economic upsurge (like a lot of the world had) and fewer people emigrating,  ours was closed. London is dealing with a huge increase in numbers but not staff. They may be slow but I don't think it can be helped even though it is sooooooooo fustrating.

well, u r right, it can't be helped---we can't do anything than just wait & see. i am just frustrated coz even after we do medicals it's not sure that we will get the visa coz if the background/ security check is not all clear. so, why we have to spend money on medical & RPRF first & then waiting to wonder when/if the background/ security is gonna come back all clear. why can't they do these checks b4 & then ask for medical, so that we know when they ask for medical & RPRF, we will get the visa.

hi guys,
sorry was busy with work these days so couldnt keep in touch. well i have a bad news to share. my application got rejected. ecas changed to visa office eligibility complete and got a rejection letter saying that the IO was not satisfied with my job responsibilities.

Hi guys..
If we look into the case of saxena.sager. It seems that the before going into "IN PROCESS". The visa officer also checks the "Job Responsibilites". While s/he is supposed to the check the points(67) at this stage.
what do u think..

i am really sorry about the negative decision that London IO has sent to u.

now, it's the moment of truth---if u think that the negative decision was due to ur mistake/ fault, there's nothing we/u can do rather that sending a fresh application again.
