has anybody got same situation as mine: London CHC E-cas is showing ''RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE'' since December, 2009. plzzz share ur thoughts & experience in this thread.............

hi KHANBABA do u know when time seems to move to slow........... Dont worry about change in Status, they don't update is very frequently. Recently i have read on the forum that one guy's status changed to IN PROCESS and the same day he got provisional acceptance letter. |

Me too in the same situation,more then 2 months and still E-cas status "Received by the visa office".when ll we see In process?

Dont worry about change in Status, they don't update is very frequently. Recently i have read on the forum that one guy's status changed to IN PROCESS and the same day he got provisional acceptance letter.

my case is quite similar dates are... Application filed CIO- 01 aug 2009 documents requested-23 sept 2009 documents recvd by london office - 03 dec 2009 ecas status changed to "recvd by visa office" - 26 jan 2010 recvd AOR from london - 29th jan 2010 waiting..... would it really take 2-3 months now to get the medicals request? |

thnx for that link sterion.. its very helpful.. so it takes on an average 3 months to receive medical request from the date your documents are received by visa office....
also the AOR i received from london office on 29/01/2010 was dated 19/09/2010... its very strange to see a post dated AOR.. also it says that average processing time is 8 mnths from the date of this letter lol.. was the date of letter on your AOR right??

Date on letter was 7 days off Im working on the assumption that 6-8 months will be the timeline for landing I am probably wrong but you can only live in hope  Robbie |
