Hello..I rcvd letter from consular general in new york saying my application processing is complete. Please submit passport within 60 days as the issuance of visa is time sensitive. Does this mean the application is approved and they are just issuing me my Permanent residency visa?? Thanks in advance

Just got email form them saying "YES". So looks like Im in. For anyone doing a sponsorship application, just make sure you have every document. Triple check everything, get your medical done, etc and it should not be a super long wait. Sponsorship outside of canada

Mississauga on nov 22nd
Sent to Buffalo Dec 18
Transfered to NYC Jan 22
Received Application Complete Letter March 20th
