Received AOR - Applied in July

Friends,

Happy to tell you that I received my AOR from NS today. These are the details.

Initial application submitted: 27 July 2009
Application opened: Sept 14, 2009
DD encashed: Sept 18, 2009
AOR received: Oct 14, 2009

Does any have a clue regarding how long the processing time in Buffalo, NY? Good luck to all who are waiting for their AOR!!

Congrats -

For Buffalo NY CIC timeline, it may take up to 12 months for getting any update from CIC

There are people who submitted full appl in Jan 09 and still waiting to be processed.

My fren who sent his apps under arranged employment in Oct-08 , got an update in sept-09.

So chill around after you send your full package to CIC Buffalo ( you will get new AOR from Buffalo may be in 2 months after sending full app package)

I have a question for you, how do you know that you application was opened on sep 14?

I telephoned the CIC call centre at 1-888-242-2100.

I've tried to call them on that number but couldn't get thoruh.

Have you submitted your application within canada
