Receive very strange Email After submit the passport

I sent email for update our passports returns,  and what I get strange email,  after submitting passports please advise, We submit in December 12th ,

Dear applicant:

 Your file has been placed in a queue awaiting assessment by an Immigration Officer.  We do not require any additional information from you at this time.  We will contact you soon to let you know what the next stage of processing will be.

seems the guy at the other end did not bother to look into your case and just copy pasted a blind standard reply. maybe it was an email in his shift's last minute.
