so i got refusal under spp
is it worth re-applying tommorrow?
also tell me how to apply under general after refusal under spp ? any extra document required? like sop

I applied under general cat, that too for the first time, on nov 25th, still mine is under processing, so just imagine ur chances of getting visa in time,
now a days gen cat is getting 13days of min procesing time,
they will accept ur application but still its ur risk,
I would reccomend u to go for may intake, so that u would have plenty of time to put the right docs

Hi,

If you re-apply under General with the same LOA for the January intake, it will result into a clear cut refusal. Wait for the next intake.

DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS INTAKE..... instead ponder over the reasons for refusal, build a stronger profile n apply for the next intake at least 2 months before the course date

I was refused visa for Sept 2011 intake due to documents submitted lacked credibility....... everytin submitted was genuine & cud b easily verified so applied again dis time but backed evry docx wid mre docx like loan lttr with property evaluation, work ex lttrs wid payslips, and a good SOP...... Hope its workin for me n i get d visa
