Ssultan how old are u ? Cant transfer property in ya name ! Its so hard to prove ties realy specialy if you are young ? Anybonds or investements  in your name or last one dont you know immigration lawyer down there just asked advise wont harm you as you been refused twice ?


I am 25, all of my properties are on my mom's name. I didn't understand the BOLD part in ur above comment. any way I have submitted my application and now i m in a queue Smiley ...

and one more i am not refused twice .. this is my second attempt ..

Ssultan you mention you are working can the company write you a letter they will keep your job  till you are back !

NO they can't as per there policies. Sad

What is your progress now??

I am also applying for same degree same university for Jan 2010 session .
Do we have to pay fees now?
How long is the course duration...? 1 year of 2 years?
