I have a few questions and would be grateful to everyone who could provide me an answer.

If you are refused for TRV/Study permit, can you re-apply?
Does it mean that if it were rejected once it is going to happen again even if you re-apply?
Is it a good idea to re-apply at the same visa office?
If you are eligible to re-apply in a different country, would that be better option than re-applying at the same visa office?

Many thanks

You can re-apply but you have to overcome the rejection points given you.
