Reapply - necessary changes to documentation

Hi All,

I am reapplying CEC  application. What care should be taken apart from providing the missing document earlier. i got IELTS card and police clearance again.

1. Is there any form that i need to mention about my earlier refusal.

BTW , ia m changing the NOC code this time as my duties are in match with the new NOC code. For this should i include explanation for why the NOC is different from the last application.

I hope some one will guide me on this now.

Yes. Schedule A(Background/Declaration), question 6d

Mine was refused on the grounds of employer reference letter not provided. Should i mention this reason as well in the comments under the section 6 in schedule A form.

will this be good idea to give the application number and the date of refusal.

You can do that or write, "please see letter attached for details" and include the refusal letter/email.

Not necessary. They can find this with your client ID.

To let you know, i am the principal applicant. in this case, should i check yes for 6.d question in schedule A form of my spouse as well..

Also, are there any other forms to include my refusal.. just to confirm once again..

Question 6: "Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever:

d)been refused etc etc etc

In my opinion, question 6d = "No" for your spouse. This is assuming she's never been refused a study, work or visitor visa. Please check with the cic call centre to be certain.
