Hellow,

I am one of the FSW1 pre June 2010 applicant and my NOC is still in 29 occupation list. My visa office is London. Can i apply in post june without withdrawing my previous application. So that when one application gets finalize(which ever 1st) then i withdraw the other one.

My basic question is that can i apply in post june without withdrawing previous application?

Yes you can. 100% possible. You can have two applications at the same time.

What if the applicants NOC is no more on the list. Like in my case, a prejune applicant, my NOC was 0111. Do you think they'll ever attend to us Huh Or should we just forget it ??

Do u know anyone who have done so means have 2 applications at same time. I m asking bcz when i called CIO they said u cant as u r already in the system. u hv to withdraw previous application..But i didnt beleive bcz my friend applied 2007 and didnt hear anything so he again applied in fast track n now he is in Canada.

Please clearify me if u know someone who applied in pre june 2010 and again applied in post june as my friend's case is pre feb 2008.

I sent two applications to the CIO, one is pre-June(2010.06), the other is post-June(2010.10). I was asked to withdraw one in the VO stage. I withdrew the pre-June one and got refund from Canada. The ECAS status of post-June one shows "in process".
Good luck!
