Dear All,

My application was rejected by officer after assigning 2 points for language proficiency, even when I've provided the proof of my English level documents (Studied from US and so forth). Now I have taken the IELTS exam and scored 8 points enough for immigration.

In the rejection letter officer has asked me to reapply for immigration if I can provide new documents to prove my English level, but I won't get enough points now because of new criterias. Could you please give me suggestion as how can I convince them to reconsider my application? Any idea would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

You original application was refused.  That is the end of it.  So you have to apply anew, and if you don't qualify it is pointless.

With all due respect to you, why did you take chances?.

Your IELTS result of (8 Points), in my view, is too late for the first application and may only be just good enough for a new application. Make sure you recalculate your points and be sure before throwing in this test results.

Good Luck.

Hi PMM,
How will you comment as I scored 66 points against 0631, due to low (6) in English proficiency as I had low in IELTS.
Do I have the option to re submit my IELTS?,

Nope, you were refused.  If you qualify, you would have to reapply and pay the fees again with a fresh application.
