if we post our situation with standuard language there is much more possibility to get priceless advice from experienced one.....might be many of us could be with common problem/situation.....here.....

Ooops!sorry, i'm a new member in this forum. Why Filipinos have a attitude like that??? I just want a help from other filipinos.Or maybe you're not a filipino citizen and doesn't know the native language. Anyway, it means that I should include it once I reapply. |

I have a two job experienced specified in my application form when I applied in FSW. Unfortunately, embassy rejected my one work experience and said that I didn't provide sufficient evidence. Can I use the other job experience once I reapply??any suggestion?

Mention it in your application if they dont consider it they will not give you the points for that experience but if you have other job experience for atleast 1yr than that will be enough for you to qualify for the immigration unless you get less than 67 points in total. Cheers Saki |

Thanks saki for the info! I will reapply nextyear. I just need to pass my ielts exam. If I study basic french lesson, what points can i get in LANGUAGE? |

Anybody can give me an advice reagarding my status plssss...
I got my supervisory status on my work permit since August 2010 and I already got my wife as spousal permit(open permit) since october 2010.
Can we apply now for permament residency and for what category? Can I use wife's work status? because she got a management position as
Controller(Accountant). Can I have any advice if we can apply for PR or should we wait for atleast 1 year etc...
