I know its very late to reapply
but wat will happen if i do

Its advisable to reapply but not immediately bcoz you may not have improved on the reasons given for rejection and be rejected once a gain and you dont want  a repeat of it.

Most embassies will be closing for the holidays and so even if  you it may not be processed until after

Chances of making it depends on the preparations you have made.
