You will not be interviewed, you are the sponsor.  If they are requesting his passport, the RPRF and pcc, then YES, he is at the end of the road and you need to make sure he sends these things to them as soon as possible!

hello charlieD10
yes I sent it to them March 28 2011 because the vo in guatemala sent the letter to my rep feb 2011 so by the time my rep got it it was march 25 and I got the email march 26 so 2 days later we sent everything to the vo, but I havent heard anything from them I emailed them and nothing and I really hope we are at the final stage because other ppl from the same visa office are stating that the guatemala vo has had their passports already for 6 months so its pretty confusing but thanks for the reply Cheesy

Hey fox82
Honestly I have no idea , when I check E-cas it says application recieved since like January 2011 but now they asked for my passport so maybe soon it will say decision made but honestly from what I read in this forum you can't count on E-cas oo and another thing it said meds have been recieved like a couple of weeks ago now its gone soo u cant really rely on this ecas system
GOOD LUCK
