Hi Folks,

i am ready to submit my application for inland spousal permanent residency.

Are there any tips anyone has just in case I miss anything so there are no delays?

Also can I just fedex the application to Vegraville? I will use my work fedex account, but not sure if the place where the application is sent to accepts fedex or requires a signature?

Also if there is going to be correspodence, is this done via email or phone or mail? I havent noticed anywhere where they ask for email for correspondance in the forms I have filled out, the forms I filled out are the IMM5289 forms.

Thank you!

On one of my forms (principal applicant) it was optional to leave an email address. As for your office I'm not sure they're preffered correspondence type. I went through mississauga and Buffalo and they both have contacted me via mail. They're are a few offices that I have heard that contact via email. As for the phone I havent heard from anyone that they've contacted that way, but its not impossible.

I was contacted by phone from NYC to answer some questions I had faxed. I was very (pleasantly) surprised, they were very kind and most helpful. All other correspondence was by mail.

Well unless you have forgotten something, they won't send the application back. So make sure that you go through the Document Checklist again to ensure that you have everything that they've asked for. And make sure you've signed and dated everywhere as well. Once you've done that, get it in the mail! There's no point just wasting time worrying over it. Good luck!
