I am ready to submit my application and was wondering if i have to check something other than the checklist. I went through the checklist quite a few time now and checked the documents. Any advice on to make sure that I have the right documents and forms in place?

verify that you made all the required signatures, passport numbers , date of birth - same as - birth certificate, passport..

Double check your physical as well as email address. Because I was so worried about providing wrong info when I wait for AOR. And I don't have extra copy of my form.
Photocopy all documents you send to CIC.
