I am very happy to know that 2 weeks have gone already with your new job.
they have a culture to fire people every now and then, anyways, good to see that you're being given the chances to learn before you could gear up to full throttle.

I have been told to wait for my Inte-rvie-w. it would take around 20-22 months to get a slot for the interview, and I am waiting, 6 months gone already.

Meena and Balaji has US job experiences? I am amazed to know that you guys got the jobs with no Canadian education, that is what the employers hardly ask for from the applicants.

Meena as no US exp, Balaji has some Us exp

In my experience or any one that I talk to here , no one was aked for candian education by employer, the recruiters ask for canadian exp.
I suggest to apply on company jobs directly and get recruiter out of the way if possible (they are necessary evil)
