re submission of documents.

I got a letter from cic last month saying that i dont have enough documents to prove that i had one year full time continous job, i had three years of experience in cruiselines where i used to work 10months and get 2 months paid vacation, now i have got my salary slip for 3 years and a experience letter fromj my cruising company, can i  send the these documents  and request the immigration officer to reconsider my application or should i  start a new one. seniors please advice me.

better start a new one since its much more easy to get through.However you actually don't need a document stating the experience letter during the initial phase at CIC Sydney Nova Scotia.which stage are u in...

So did CIC Sydney send a rejection letter? Or did they ask for addtional documents clarifying?

If it was a rejection, you ca reapply.. Also did you get the refund money from Sydnet yet?

I applied on july 2008, got AOR august 2008, full documents requested on jan 2009, douments sent  on april 2009, got rejection letter on july 2009, but the letter dated on june.
