Re lawyer

Hello friends,

I had previously applied thru fsw using lawyer (feb 2008), but my application was not processed by cic due to my noc code not being in the new list.

now i want to reapply. 2 questions- (a) will i have to go thru same lawyer again (i dont want to use this lawyer again, but do it myslef)?  (b) does my previous application now count as 'not processed' or 'denied'?  I think it is 'not processed', but if I reapply, i dont want to put in wrong answer in my application.

It is really sad that your application was denied.
First time I also applied myself. But due to some wrong procedure ,my case wewe also same.
Now I applied again myself, which is under process.
If you want to do it yourself, you have vaste knowledge, which may be found from web www.cic.gc.ca

1.  No you don't have to use a lawyer.
2.  Your application was refused.

Agreed with PMM. However, you should have received an official rejection letter. Ask your lawyer for it. This is for your reference.

You don't have to use the same lawyer and even you can go submit your application by yourself.
