If you can prove that your job description fits under that NOC, you are ok. A registered nurse may work as a practical nurse if they want to or perhaps they found no other job. Only the other way around would not work because a practical nurse has less education and would not qualify to work as an RN.

Get a job description letter from your employer listing your duties. They should be similar to the duties of 3233. You can use the description of 3233 to guide your employer to word things correctly but be careful not to copy it word for word because they will think you are cheating if it is exactly the same.

Hello Leon, it's me again. Please advice on how to show my proof of fund, i understand that certain amount must be present in my account before i can apply. I'll like to know, the account statement should it be for 3 or 6 or 12 months duration? Will the account statement be sent by me along with my initial application OR will it be sent by my bank?

But isnt it that the CHC required 1 year experience in every NOC, that is why they separate NOC 3152 to 3233. So what experience certificate one is gonna give if the CHC is looking for an LPN employment certificate? Just a concern but if BKY will give it a try may you please inform us what turns on. Thank you...
